That puts it alongside Tarsco Bolted Tank, Blastco, and Krueger Engineering and Manufacturing — the partners already behind our bolted tank, coatings, and heat transfer lines.
Vertical standing seam panels are 24 inches wide in lengths up to 53 feet, hang from an internal cable-and-clip system concealed in the seam, and accommodate any tank height. Horizontal panels are factory-curved to your tank’s radius and banded externally on two-foot vertical centers, with tensioned band assemblies that absorb expansion and contraction — and individual panels can be removed for sidewall inspection or repair. Tank geometry, appearance requirements, and how often you need shell access drive the choice, and we spec it with you.
Often, yes. The roof system in particular can be installed with either welded or non-welded roof plate attachments, and the non-welded option gives the flexibility to install while the tank stays in service. Sidewall work depends on the tank and the site, so it is worth reviewing the specific asset with us before you plan an outage around it.
